# Account

> See your balances, swap, deposit, withdraw, save payout destinations, review history, and automate payouts in the ZBX dashboard.

The **Account** page is where you see what you hold, move money in and out, and set up tasks that run on their own.

Open:

| Part of the page | Use it to |
| - | - |
| [Assets](#assets) | See balances. Open an asset to see its wallets or swap it. |
| [Deposit funds](#deposit-funds) | Add funds by crypto transfer or bank transfer (IBAN). |
| [Withdraw funds](#withdraw-funds) | Send funds to a saved wallet address or bank account. |
| [Address book](#address-book) | Save the wallet addresses and bank accounts you pay out to. |
| [History](#history) | Review deposits, withdrawals, and trades. |
| [Automation](#automation) | Run payouts, swaps, sweeps, and alerts on a schedule. |

Some buttons and tabs appear only if your role has the matching permission. If you cannot see one, ask an organisation admin. See [Team and Roles](https://docs.zbx.boomfi.xyz/dashboard/team.md).

## Assets

The **Assets** tab lists every asset in your account.

![ZBX account assets](https://mintcdn.com/zbx/a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh/dashboard/images/account-assets-zbx.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh\&q=85\&s=a80b86c0d36dc2d0881d856f96b02081)

| Column | Meaning |
| - | - |
| **Asset** | The asset. Fiat currencies carry a **Fiat** label. Crypto assets show how many networks they are held on. |
| **Balance** | What you can use now. |
| **Pending** | Funds on their way that are not yet available. |
| **Total value** | The balance value in US dollars. |

The total at the top adds up all assets. Select the eye icon next to it to hide or show the amount.

### Open an asset

Select a row to open the asset panel. It shows:

* The **total balance** for the asset.
* A card for each **network** the asset is held on, with **Deposit** and **Withdraw** buttons that start a [deposit](#deposit-funds) or [withdrawal](#withdraw-funds) on that network.
* **Quick actions**: **Swap** and **Sweep**. Both run once, right away.

Fiat assets have no networks, so their panel shows only the balance.

![ZBX asset panel](https://mintcdn.com/zbx/a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh/dashboard/images/account-asset-panel-zbx.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh\&q=85\&s=c8c3090012dd739c343bd55332ea3f5f)

### Swap an asset

**Swap** converts the asset you opened into another asset, once. To swap on a schedule, use an [automation](#automation).

1. Open the asset and select **Swap**.
2. Check the pre-filled asset and network. The **Swap amount** starts at your full balance. Lower it to swap less.
3. Under **Swap to**, choose the asset you want to receive. Only assets available for this swap are listed.
4. Select **Continue**.

![ZBX swap form](https://mintcdn.com/zbx/a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh/dashboard/images/account-swap-form-zbx.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh\&q=85\&s=fd9bb64b9957e497278e6110c65d7aab)

The review shows an estimate, for example **You will receive about 6.81 EUR**. The final rate is the one at the moment the swap runs. Select **Run once** to confirm.

![ZBX swap review](https://mintcdn.com/zbx/a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh/dashboard/images/account-swap-review-zbx.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh\&q=85\&s=6fe14d80096d594a67bff5a30d9f096b)

Finished swaps appear under [History → Trading](#trading).

### Sweep an asset

**Sweep** gathers the same asset from all of its networks and converts it into another asset, once. The button is disabled when the asset is held on one network only.

## Deposit funds

Select **Deposit funds** at the top right. The **From bank** tab appears only when your account has bank deposit details.

### From wallet

1. Under **Network**, choose the network you send from.
2. Under **Currency**, choose the token you send.
3. Scan the QR code, or select **Copy** and paste the address into the wallet you send from.

![ZBX deposit from a wallet](https://mintcdn.com/zbx/a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh/dashboard/images/account-deposit-wallet-zbx.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh\&q=85\&s=0842f7c17249f5f19d165fa56b839ee9)

> [!WARNING]
>
> Send exactly the token you chose, on exactly the network you chose. Funds sent on a different network or in a different token can be lost.

You can close the window. Your balance updates once the deposit arrives.

### From bank

Choose **From bank** to fund the account by bank transfer. The page shows the **Account holder**, **IBAN**, **BIC / SWIFT**, **Bank**, **Bank address**, and **Bank country**. The first three have a copy button.

![ZBX deposit from a bank](https://mintcdn.com/zbx/a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh/dashboard/images/account-deposit-bank-zbx.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh\&q=85\&s=518fbd8f05f3748d4d3ae8f0218a9bc7)

Enter the account holder name exactly as shown as the beneficiary name. Banks check it against the IBAN, and a different name can cause the transfer to be rejected. If your account has more than one bank deposit account, a selector appears above the details.

## Withdraw funds

Select **Withdraw funds** at the top right. The button appears only when the account has a balance and you may withdraw.

You can only withdraw to a destination saved in the [Address book](#address-book). Funds cannot go to an address that was never confirmed.

### To wallet

1. Under **Asset to withdraw**, choose the asset. Balances are shown next to each one.
2. Under **Wallet**, choose the network.
3. Enter the **Withdrawal amount**, or select **Max**.
4. Under **Withdrawal address**, choose a saved address for that asset and network.
5. Select **Continue**, then review and confirm.

![ZBX withdraw to a wallet](https://mintcdn.com/zbx/a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh/dashboard/images/account-withdraw-wallet-zbx.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh\&q=85\&s=b26823100cc2e90983c53d70f4b84406)

If the list says **No whitelisted USDC address on this network**, you have not saved an address for that asset and network. Select **Add wallet address** to save one without leaving the page.

### To bank

1. Under **Asset to withdraw**, choose a fiat currency such as EUR.
2. Under **Bank account**, choose a saved bank account, or select **Add bank account**.
3. Enter the **Withdrawal amount**, or select **Max**.
4. Select **Continue**, then review and confirm.

![ZBX withdraw to a bank](https://mintcdn.com/zbx/a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh/dashboard/images/account-withdraw-bank-zbx.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh\&q=85\&s=17b45fc95f14da147c629bb0041bbb24)

Saved bank accounts show the holder, the last digits of the account number, the bank, and the country. **To bank** may be unavailable for some accounts.

### Cancel a withdrawal

Some withdrawals can be cancelled from [History](#history) while they are still waiting. When a withdrawal needs a step from you, its status in History is a link to the page that finishes it.

## Address book

The **Address book** (top right of the Account page) holds the destinations you pay out to. A destination must be saved here before you can withdraw to it or use it in a payout automation.

Saving a destination is the sensitive step. When you save a wallet address or bank account, ZBX emails you a one-time code to confirm it. You do this once per destination. After that, withdrawals and automations use it without asking again. To do the same through the API, see [External Account Overview](https://docs.zbx.boomfi.xyz/whitelist-external-account/overview.md).

### Wallet addresses

Select **Add wallet address** and fill in:

* **Address label**: a name you recognise.
* **Wallet address**.
* **Network** and **Asset**.
* A confirmation that the wallet belongs to you.

![ZBX address book, wallet addresses](https://mintcdn.com/zbx/a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh/dashboard/images/account-address-book-wallet-zbx.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh\&q=85\&s=2f224b5a874fcce4377023a9623010b1)

![ZBX add wallet address](https://mintcdn.com/zbx/a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh/dashboard/images/account-add-wallet-zbx.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh\&q=85\&s=8c131a0704b041c8fcb526241542cc38)

Each row has a **...** menu to copy the address, open it in the network's block explorer, or delete it. A deleted destination can no longer be used for withdrawals or automations.

### Bank accounts

The list shows name, bank, country, currency, account number, and account holder. The account number and holder name are partly hidden.

![ZBX address book, bank accounts](https://mintcdn.com/zbx/a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh/dashboard/images/account-address-book-bank-zbx.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh\&q=85\&s=e5b65eff5b6da9a299e11c74dc45d8da)

Select **Add bank account** and fill in:

* **Label**: a name you recognise.
* **Bank Country** and **Currency**.
* **Bank name**.
* **Account name**: it must match the name on your bank statement.
* **Account number**.
* A confirmation that the details are correct.

![ZBX add bank account](https://mintcdn.com/zbx/a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh/dashboard/images/account-add-bank-zbx.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh\&q=85\&s=ce758defdb139a57831adcd0f4f394db)

## History

The **History** tab has two lists.

### Deposits and withdrawals

![ZBX deposits and withdrawals history](https://mintcdn.com/zbx/a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh/dashboard/images/account-history-zbx.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh\&q=85\&s=f2124a3ebd755c1b5bb2a217448b0cdb)

| Column | Meaning |
| - | - |
| **ID** | The reference of the deposit or withdrawal. |
| **Network** | The network it moved on. |
| **Currency**, **Amount** | What was moved. |
| **Type** | Whether it is a deposit or a withdrawal. |
| **Date** | When it happened. |
| **Status** | Where it is now. A status with a link icon means you must finish a step; select it to continue. |
| **More** | Extra actions, such as opening the transaction in the block explorer, or cancelling a withdrawal that has not been processed. |

Use **Export CSV** to download the list and **Refresh** to load the latest entries.

### Trading

Swaps appear here, whether you ran them by hand or an automation ran them.

![ZBX trading history](https://mintcdn.com/zbx/a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh/dashboard/images/account-history-trading-zbx.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh\&q=85\&s=6b5763faa32843e3f380a5ddb12e1479)

| Column | Meaning |
| - | - |
| **Order ID** | The reference of the trade. |
| **Side** | **BUY** or **SELL**. |
| **Purchased**, **Sold** | What you received and what you gave. |
| **Trade Price** | The rate used. |
| **Status**, **Settlement Status** | Whether the trade closed, and whether the funds have settled. |
| **Traded at (UTC)** | When it happened, in UTC. |

## Automation

Account automation runs a task for you on a schedule, so you do not log in to pay out, convert, or check a balance each time. Every automation has three parts:

1. **An action**: pay out, swap, sweep, or send an alert.
2. **A condition**: the balance the account must reach first, for example "when my USDC balance is at least 1,000".
3. **A schedule**: how often the account checks the condition, for example "every day".

On each check, if the condition is met the action runs. If not, nothing happens until the next check. Everything an automation does is something you can already do by hand.

You need permission to manage account automations to create or change one. Without it, the **Automation** tab is read-only.

### The four actions

| Action | What it does | Example |
| - | - | - |
| **Payout** | Sends funds to a saved wallet address or bank account. | Pay out 500 USDC to my treasury wallet when my balance reaches 1,000 USDC. |
| **Sweep** | Gathers all balances and converts them into one asset. | Every week, move everything into USDC. |
| **Swap** | Converts one asset into another. | When I hold at least 2 ETH, convert 2 ETH into USDC. |
| **Alert** | Notifies you when a balance condition is met. | Email me if my USDC balance falls below 100. |

### Create an automation

This walkthrough creates an **Alert**, because it is the simplest action and moves no funds. The other actions work the same way; only the fields in step 4 differ.

1. Open the **Automation** tab. Select **Create your first automation**, or **New automation** if you already have some.

![ZBX automation tab with no automations](https://mintcdn.com/zbx/a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh/dashboard/images/account-automation-empty-zbx.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh\&q=85\&s=005abd7e609a80f82c5284df00ebb1f9)

2. Choose a template, or select **Start from scratch**.

   ![ZBX automation templates](https://mintcdn.com/zbx/a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh/dashboard/images/account-automation-templates-zbx.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh\&q=85\&s=b12e9d16de06df990a0855d7a9cca45c)

   | Template | What it does |
   | - | - |
   | **Consolidate to a stablecoin** | Converts all balances into one stablecoin, every week. |
   | **Clean up small balances** | Sweeps leftover balances above a small threshold into a stablecoin. |
   | **Convert one balance** | Converts a single balance into another asset, once. |
   | **Convert & settle to your bank** | Converts crypto to fiat and pays out to your bank account. Shown as coming soon and not selectable yet. |

A template fills in starting values. You can change every value before you save.

3. Select **Choose an action** and pick **Swap**, **Sweep**, **Payout**, or **Alert**.

   ![ZBX choose an automation action](https://mintcdn.com/zbx/a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh/dashboard/images/account-automation-choose-action-zbx.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh\&q=85\&s=95470f7ef135da379f16db09d0eaa202)

4. Set up the action and the condition. For an Alert, set a **Balance threshold** (a comparison, an amount, and a currency) and a **Notification channel** (**Email**, **Webhook**, or both). Select **Continue**.

   ![ZBX alert setup](https://mintcdn.com/zbx/a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh/dashboard/images/account-automation-alert-setup-zbx.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh\&q=85\&s=dd913074a008f8a2c2361d6621b5a33e)

The comparison can be **Equal to**, **Greater than**, **Greater or equal**, **Less than**, or **Less or equal**. The action then appears on the canvas as a card, for example "Notify via Email. If balance is Less than USDC 10.00".

   ![ZBX alert action card](https://mintcdn.com/zbx/a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh/dashboard/images/account-automation-alert-card-zbx.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh\&q=85\&s=5cfabc66325245ed3a192476126698da)

5. Under **Schedule**, select **Configure schedule**. In **Run every**, choose a number from 1 to 5 and a period: **Hour**, **Day**, **Week**, **Month**, or **Year**. Select **Continue**.

   ![ZBX automation schedule](https://mintcdn.com/zbx/a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh/dashboard/images/account-automation-schedule-zbx.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh\&q=85\&s=b2e9c2e8e6c6de4bfa7627c72276b4df)

6. Select **Create automation** at the top right.

   ![ZBX automation ready to create](https://mintcdn.com/zbx/a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh/dashboard/images/account-automation-create-zbx.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh\&q=85\&s=5bea179925fab503d9bcac0baeb90ff5)

For Payout, Sweep, and Swap you can name the automation by selecting the title at the top of the page. Otherwise a name is generated, for example `Alert-70`.

> [!NOTE]
>
> If **Continue** stays disabled after you fill in every field, re-select the comparison or the currency once to refresh the form.

### Settings for each action

#### Payout

A Payout sends a fixed amount to a destination you saved, whenever the condition is met.

![ZBX payout automation setup](https://mintcdn.com/zbx/a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh/dashboard/images/account-automation-payout-zbx.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh\&q=85\&s=1fafad9cedf174c41d728338e43ac9c9)

| Field | What to enter |
| - | - |
| **Payout from** (Asset, Network) | The asset to send and its network. Fiat assets need no network. |
| **Payout amount** | How much to send each time, in the same asset. |
| **Payout to** (Destination) | A saved wallet address or bank account that matches the asset and network. |
| **Balance condition** | The balance the account must hold before the payout runs, in the same asset. It must be at least the payout amount. |

The destination must already be saved in the [Address book](#address-book). You cannot type a new address into the automation. Saving it is where the one-time email confirmation happens, and the automation inherits it. If you delete a destination, automations that pay out to it can no longer send funds.

#### Sweep

A Sweep gathers your balances into one asset.

![ZBX sweep automation setup](https://mintcdn.com/zbx/a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh/dashboard/images/account-automation-sweep-zbx.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh\&q=85\&s=67c5342733863ca52888b3b0668ad5a4)

| Field | What to enter |
| - | - |
| **Minimum sweep balance** | The balance, in USD, that triggers the sweep. |
| **Sweep to** (Asset) | The asset and network everything is converted into. |
| **Keep a minimum in each balance** (optional) | An amount in USD to leave in every balance. |
| **Ignore balances under** (optional) | Balances worth less than this amount in USD are left alone. |

#### Swap

A Swap converts one asset into another.

![ZBX swap automation setup](https://mintcdn.com/zbx/a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh/dashboard/images/account-automation-swap-zbx.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh\&q=85\&s=becd14b54ffdb5f61d1f0ed549e1cd94)

| Field | What to enter |
| - | - |
| **Swap from** (Asset) | The asset to sell. |
| **Swap amount** | A comparison and an amount in that asset. The amount is both how much is swapped and the balance that triggers the swap. |
| **Swap to** (Asset) | The asset to receive. |

#### Alert

An Alert sends a message and moves no funds. Its fields are a **Balance threshold** and one or more **Notification channels**, as in the walkthrough above. Set up your notification channels in your account settings first.

### Example use cases

**Pay out when the balance reaches a target**

* **Trigger:** USDC balance is greater than or equal to 1,000, checked every day.
* **Action:** Payout 500 USDC to your saved treasury wallet.
* **Outcome:** Each day the balance is at least 1,000 USDC, 500 USDC goes to your wallet. The wallet must already be in the Address book.

**Consolidate balances every week**

* **Trigger:** Every 1 week.
* **Action:** Sweep your balances into USDC. Use **Ignore balances under** to skip tiny balances.
* **Outcome:** Once a week your balances are gathered into one USDC balance. The **Consolidate to a stablecoin** template sets this up.

**Convert one asset into another**

* **Trigger:** ETH balance is greater than or equal to 2, checked every day.
* **Action:** Swap 2 ETH into USDC.
* **Outcome:** When you hold at least 2 ETH, 2 ETH is converted into USDC.

**Get warned about a low balance**

* **Trigger:** USDC balance is less than 100, checked every hour.
* **Action:** Alert by email, and by webhook if you want.
* **Outcome:** You are told when the balance runs low. No funds move.

### Manage automations

The **Automation** tab lists every automation.

![ZBX automation list](https://mintcdn.com/zbx/a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh/dashboard/images/account-automation-list-zbx.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh\&q=85\&s=e937368bb68df690c4b166e3b9293bbf)

| Column | Meaning |
| - | - |
| **Reference** | The automation's name. |
| **Automation details** | The action, what it targets, and how often it runs. |
| **Created at**, **Last updated** | When it was created and last changed. |
| **Status** | A switch. Turn it off to pause the automation and on to resume it. |
| **Actions** | The **...** menu: update, enable or disable, delete. |

Select a row to open its details. **Details** shows the action, schedule, and condition. **Run History** shows past runs. After saving, balance thresholds are shown in US dollars: in the example, "10 USDC" appears as **\$10.00**.

![ZBX automation details](https://mintcdn.com/zbx/a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh/dashboard/images/account-automation-details-zbx.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh\&q=85\&s=f53eed296f0d54d36feac7246e2a2d12)

**Pause or resume.** Use the **Status** switch, or **Disable automation** / **Enable automation** in the **...** menu. A paused automation keeps its settings and does not run.

**Update.** Open the **...** menu and select **Update automation**. Select the condition or the schedule card, change it, and select **Update automation** at the top right.

![ZBX automation actions menu](https://mintcdn.com/zbx/a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh/dashboard/images/account-automation-menu-zbx.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh\&q=85\&s=104ef80fb0ce7106469bb74870f30b10)

![ZBX update an automation](https://mintcdn.com/zbx/a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh/dashboard/images/account-automation-update-zbx.png?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=a_M3RhbgJCMpCHgh\&q=85\&s=b9860d46ca35631e817d2af2de497943)

**Delete.** In the **...** menu select **Delete automation**, then confirm. This cannot be undone.

#### What you can change

| You can change after creating | Fixed once created |
| - | - |
| **Schedule**: how often it runs | **Asset** and **network** |
| **On / off**: pause or resume | **Amount** paid out or swapped |
| **Condition threshold**: the comparison and the balance amount | **Destination** of a payout |
| | **Notification channels** of an alert |

An update can never redirect where funds go. To change the asset, amount, or destination, delete the automation and create a new one.

### Troubleshooting

| Problem | What to check |
| - | - |
| I cannot see **New automation** | You need permission to manage account automations. Ask an organisation admin. |
| **Continue** is disabled | Fill in every field. If all are filled, re-select the comparison or currency once. |
| The destination list is empty | Save a destination in the **Address book** for an asset and network that match your payout. |
| "The trigger balance must be at least the payout amount" | Raise the **Balance condition** to at least the **Payout amount**. |
| An automation is not running | Check that its **Status** switch is on and that the condition is met. |
| I need to change the destination or amount | These are fixed. Delete the automation and create a new one. |
